1. Overview
SDBOX is a desktop CAD add-on developed by ENCON S.A. for surveying, terrain modeling, mapping, geospatial workflows and engineering drawing production.
SDBOX runs locally inside the user's CAD environment and is not a cloud-based application.
2. Data collected by SDBOX
SDBOX does not collect, store, sell or share personal user data.
SDBOX does not upload drawings, coordinates, project files, CAD files, geospatial files, images, user-created content or other project data to SDBOX servers.
3. Internet connections and online resources
SDBOX may connect to SDBOX servers only for software updates, downloading required program components, opening documentation links, or accessing online resources requested by the user.
These connections are used only to provide the requested software functionality and are not used for user tracking, advertising or profiling.
4. Third-party services
SDBOX does not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs or third-party tracking tools.
Some SDBOX workflows may open external websites or online map services when requested by the user. These external services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of use.
5. Support communication
If a user contacts ENCON S.A. for support, any information provided by the user is used only for support purposes.
Support-related information may include the user's name, email address, message content, screenshots, files or other technical information voluntarily provided by the user.
Such information is not sold or shared with third parties, unless required by law.
6. Data retention and deletion
Support-related information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide support, maintain communication history and improve product reliability.
Users may request deletion of support-related information by contacting ENCON S.A. at: cad@sdtopo.net.
7. Consent and revocation
Users provide support-related information voluntarily when they contact ENCON S.A. for support.
Users can revoke consent by not sending further information and by requesting deletion of previous support-related communication where applicable.
